How do you make onion syrup?
You need: jar or glass container, cutting board, knife, 2 large onions, honey or sugar
Preparation: Pick and chop the onions finely, then transfer to the jar and pour honey (approximately 5–6 spoons) or sprinkle sugar (six–8 spoons). Mix or shake gently so the ingredients merge. If you want to add garlic or lemons to improve your health, throw them in with your vegetables. Cover the jar with a cloth and put it in a warm place for a minimum of 6 hours or all night.
